Our team
Baby Ubuntu is led by a skilled, interdisciplinary, and globally diverse team of clinicians, researchers, expert parents, technicians and managers, supported by a global network of partner organisations.
At the heart of our team are our expert parents. As caregivers of children with developmental disabilities, they bring invaluable lived experience, insight, and leadership. Their peer support empowers families, while their advocacy helps transform knowledge, challenge stigma, and shift attitudes toward disability within their communities - driving meaningful, lasting change.
Our implementation partners are responsible for the successful delivery of the programme on the ground in the countries where we work.
United by a shared commitment to equity and inclusion, we combine scientific expertise, practical innovation, and deep local knowledge to strengthen support for children with developmental disabilities and their families worldwide.
