As a Baby Ubuntu Master Trainer, mentor and parent representative, Lucy has been working with Baby Ubuntu since the programme’s development in 2016. Lucy plays a substantial role in training and mentorship and has ensured that we have representation from an expert caregiver at the heart of our core team. In 2023, Lucy graduated with a BA in Social Work, a qualification she was inspired to pursue through her experiences facilitating Baby Ubuntu in its pilot stages as our first expert parent.
