This webinar explored real-world implementation of the Baby Ubuntu programme across diverse settings, showcasing the work of implementation partners and how they integrate Baby Ubuntu into their work.

The session featured presentations from three organisations successfully implementing Baby Ubuntu:

  • Sierra Leone: World Hope International’s Enable the Children programme
  • Northern Uganda: Humanity and Inclusion’s work in refugee and host communities
  • Nigeria: Early Child Development project at a major teaching hospital

Each partner shared not only their successes but also the real challenges of bringing evidence-based disability support to their communities, and practical solutions developed along the way. This was followed by an interactive discussion and Q&A with attendees.

Attendees gained insight into effective strategies for implementing Baby Ubuntu across diverse settings, practical approaches for integrating evidence-based programmes into existing services, and key implementation challenges and solutions. Participants also had the opportunity to share experiences and learning with a global expert panel.
