An Occupational Therapist with over a decade’s experience working in adult mental health and child disability in Uganda, Rachel oversees the onboarding and support of our global community of partner organisations. She has high-level expertise in the design and development of participatory training and is committed to promoting and leveraging shared learning through online platforms and training events, and her inclusive and synergistic approach to partnerships. Rachel has worked on the Baby Ubuntu program since inception in 2015, leading on the design and development of robust training and mentorship systems for the expert caregivers at the heart of Baby Ubuntu.
