A passionate child rights advocate and social development specialist, Samuel leads the Baby Ubuntu programme as Early Intervention Manager at Adara Development in Uganda. With over ten years of experience working alongside vulnerable communities, he brings deep expertise in child protection, inclusive development, psychosocial support, and disability programming. Samuel mentors facilitators and health workers to deliver early intervention services across Central Uganda, strengthening local capacity and programme quality. His work is grounded in a strong commitment to equity and inclusion, ensuring that children with developmental disabilities and their families have the opportunity to thrive.
